HOW TO DO A PROJECT in SCIENCE
CREATE a poster to explain why the behavior is good for you.
TALK WITH YOUR MATH AND ENGLISH teachers to find out how you can expand the project and share the project with them and get more points from the same project in three subjects.
HISTORY: What is the history of this advice? (You can get points for your U.S. or World History course)

EXCERPT FROM THE ARTICLE
How do you know just how much that lack of sleep is affecting your life?
Fatigue Science, a startup from Vancouver, BC, has developed the technology to do just that. After the death of his nephew as a result of a fatigue related accident, Fatigue Science co-founder Pat Byrne identified a gap in the way organizations managed workplace fatigue.
Pat identified that some of the most comprehensive research and development in the area of sleep and fatigue had already been done by the US Military. The US Army spent 12 years and $18 million developing a biomathematical fatigue model now known as SAFTE (Sleep, Activity, Fatigue, Task, Effectiveness). SAFTE is a computer model that accurately predicts how your mind and body will act based on sleep quantity, sleep quality and the time of day sleep is obtained.

So I contacted the company
I'm a biology teacher. I'd like to make a project to help students monitor their sleep. Is there a low cost way of participating? Can I get 10 of these wristbands? I have not read very much of your website, but I'd like to give a project to my students. I have already created a summary of some of the articles about your project in Forbes. That's how I learned about your project. I plan to show the articles to my students and ask for ten volunteers to wear the bands if we can purchase them at cost or if they can be provided to us in exchange for making a project and publicizing the project in our blogs and social media.
I look forward to your reply. We are located in Florida

The posters will evolve.
Our schools have LAN SCHOOL, which allows a poster or PDF to be displayed on every student's screen. What messages will we post to students?
What can we teachers post that will be read?
How can we invite students to create material that will be read?
How can we make sure we don't overwhelm students with too much information?
What broadcast can we create?
What habits can we reinforce?
How can we change our behaviors?
